Track & Field Prepare for Outdoor Nationals

FHNW Track & Field had their send-offs on Tuesday afternoon as they prepare to head to Hutchinson, Kansas, for the NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Tigers will be sending five athletes with a total of three events.

Participating Athletes:

Sibonokuhle Thwala, a sophomore from Johannesburg, South Africa, will compete in the 800m run, the mile, and the 4x800m relay. 

Kamogelo Thipe, a sophomore from South Africa, will compete in the 800m run and the 4x100m relay.

Salisu Habibu, a freshman from Nigeria; Lucky Maila, a sophomore from Pretoria, South Africa; and Maciej Bachlaj, a freshman from Ozimek, Poland, will also compete in the 4x800m relay.
