FRC 2013

For this year the game is called Ultimate Ascend.Ultimate Ascend is played by 2 teams of 3 robots scoring by launching discs into goals and getting points based on the difficulty of the goals. The more difficult the goal, the more points it awards. At the end of the match, robots get bonus points for hanging on pyramid. The higher they get on the pyramid, the more points they get.Click here for game video.

Logomotion - First Robotics Competition

For 2011, the First Robotics Competition game was called Logomotion. The game this year is played with air filled tubes shaped in the different elements of the First logo. The tubes are to be hung on pegs located at the end of the field to score points. 3 shapes placed together to make the First logo earn extra points. At the end of the match, a secondary mini-not is deployed to climb a pole to earn end of the match extra points.

Breakaway - First Robotics Competition

For 2010, the First Robotics Competition game was called Breakaway. The game is similar to soccer, except there are 12 balls, 4 goals, and field obstacles. TechTigers played the Orlando regional and at the Atlanta games. TechTigers was in the winning teams along with our finals partners team Resistance and team1612. This year the robot used tank like threads giving it incredible traction and pushing power. This was one of the only robots using such a drive system in Atlanta other than the Roboticks that use the same design in a cooperative effort.
